The “Company”

Small Business Vibes®, or any other trading name.

Small Business Vibes networking meetings are for women business owners only.  All bookings are checked and verified that the attendee is a woman business owner and will be rejected if not eligible, subject to refund policy below.  Please do not book a ticket if the attendee is not a woman business owner.

1.  Refund Policy
   1.1 If the ticket has been booked incorrectly, eg for an employee and not a business owner, refunds are at the discretion of the Company and subject to a £5 processing fee per ticket.
   
   1.2 Postponed, Rescheduled or Cancelled Events

• You will be notified via email from our Admin Team should we have to postpone, reschedule or cancel an event with as much notice as we are able to give.
• In the event of a full cancellation, you will be given the option to transfer your ticket to another Small Business Vibes event or receive a full refund.
• Tickets will automatically be transferred to the next available event that your original ticket was purchased for, unless you contact us to confirm you would prefer a refund.
• Your refund will be automatically delivered to the same card used to purchase.
• Refunds should be received within 7-10 business days after our Admin Team has been informed.
  
  1.3 Transfers
• You may transfer your ticket to the next available meeting should you be unable to attend.
• You can only transfer a ticket to the next available meeting once per ticket purchase.
• Transfers are only valid when confirmed in writing by our Admin Team and transfer requests must be received by our Admin Team at least 24 hours prior to the meeting start date and time. Requests received after this will not be applicable. 
• Transfer requests can only be agreed with our Admin Team and must be submitted via email to [email protected]
• Tickets cannot be transferred to another person, or used by a representative of your company and entry will be denied in this circumstance.
• Tickets cannot be transferred to a different meeting area.

1.3 Statutory Right To Cancel

Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in the circumstance set out in clause 1.1, or 1.2, or by mutual consent.

2.  Photo Release Disclaimer

By purchasing a ticket via our website, or at an in person meeting, you are agreeing to the following: -

You grant permission to the rights of images, likeness and sounds of your voice as recorded as an image, audio or video without payment or any other consideration.

You fully understand that any images taken at any of the Company’s events may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. 

Additionally, you waive any right to royalties, or other compensation arising or related to the use of images or recordings taken at events. You also understand that this material may be used in diverse settings within an unrestricted geographic area.

The company is not responsible for, or liable for, any images and/or recordings taken, and potentially distributed, by others not within the Company who attend our meetings and events.

We may use photographic, audio or video recordings for the following purposes: -

• Promotional materials
• Social media (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Email newsletters
• Website

You understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of you may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in any other public setting and any of the above.

You will be consulted about the use of photography or video recording for any other purpose other than those listed above.

There is no time limit on the validity of this release, not is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of any of the Company’s events on or after this event.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no refunds for partial months if subscription is cancelled after payment is taken.  Should a subscriber be on a lower priced offer when subscription is cancelled and wishes to re-join, the current subscription price will apply and the previous subscription fee is not applicable.

It is the subscribers responsibility to ensure that they have access to the online meeting link in advance, and if there are any joining issues with the link or password to contact Small Business Vibes (SBV) admin team at [email protected] before the networking meeting starts.  SBV cannot guarantee any messages on social media or email will be seen once the meeting has started and are not responsible for any issues, including but not limited to - internet issues, emails not being delivered/received, online meeting links not working, microphones/cameras not working etc.

Refunds on any individual meetings are not applicable under any circumstances.

Non UK residents who purchase this subscription agree to being bound by, and work with us, under UK jurisdiction and UK laws apply.

5. Due Diligence
   
   Business owners are responsible for completing due diligence before purchasing any services or products from someone they have met at a SBV networking meeting or recommended at a SBV networking meeting.  SBV are not responsible for any wrong doings, errors, misdeeds, non-delivery or any other misdemeanours from any business or persons that have attended, or been recommended through one of its networking events. Participants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on any potential suppliers, collaborators or customers they engage with through SBV networking events. Small Business Vibes cannot and do not verify the credentials, legitimacy or suitability of any attendees or organisations who partake in the community, attend meetings or join online.
